Sky Mystery Shopping Programme

January 2012 - Sky has expanded their current mystery shopping programme with GfK Mystery Shopping to include key routes to market for the Republic of Ireland. The programme has been expanded based on the successful rollout of the UK Mystery Shopping programme which has provided key support to the UK sales teams.  As with the UK, the objective is for the programme to support ongoing training plans and product initiatives, which in turn will help to ensure that there is a consistent approach in professionalism and effectiveness to the way in which Sky is sold.

Top 50 Call Centres for Customer Service 2011

April 2011 - GfK Mystery Shopping has been recommissioned to run the fieldwork and reporting for the Top 50 Call Centres for Customer Service Benchmark. The programme consists of over 18,500 mystery shopping assessments. 

Telephone & Email Assessment Expertise

March 2011 - In 2010, GfK Mystery Shopping conducted over 50,000 telephone and 6,000 email assessments in the UK alone, ensuring unrivalled expertise in this sector. 
 

Financial Services Team Update

March 2011 - GfK's Mystery Shopping Financial Services Team have recently been commissioned to undertake mystery shopping for a major savings provider. As such, GfK Mystery Shopping's clients account for 90% of the UK current account market, 83% of the savings market, and 69% of the mortgages market (based on the latest Financial Research Survey data).
 

easyJet Expand Programme Into Europe

February 2011 - easyJet have expanded their current mystery shopping programme with GfK Mystery Shopping to include flights conducted solely in mainland Europe. To date all ‘mystery flights’ have begun on the British mainland, but with 53% of easyJet flights now operating entirely outside of the UK, the programme has been expanded to reflect this.
