GfK Mystery Shopping has been appointed by Passenger Focus to run its Bus Mystery Traveller Survey

Passenger Focus 100x100 GfK Mystery Shopping has been appointed by Passenger Focus to run its Bus Mystery Traveller Survey.  The survey provides an objective monitor of the quality of local bus services in England outside London.

 

Passenger Focus is the statutory watchdog for rail passengers and is now extending its remit to perform a similar role for bus, coach and tram passengers.
