• Video-recording – this niche but increasingly popular service provides quality video assessments of your business’s client service.
• Audio-recording – often used to emphasise key areas of strength or weakness that we find. Our audio clips can be used to highlight service failures to senior staff
• Disability – we offer several hundred disabled panellists and have undertaken a number of programmes in this area
• Language specialists – we have a large number of non-English native speakers on our panel
• Specialist groups – we offer the use of sub-panels within our overall panel, ideal for specific studies or where the same group of people are required for a programme
